Sypherlink Enters Global Reseller Agreement with ASG

ASG Integrates Sypherlink: Harvester into Market-Leading Metadata Management Suite  

DUBLIN, Ohio, June 21, 2004 -- Sypherlink, a leading technology firm that enables information sharing across multiple data sources, has entered a global reseller agreement with ASG, an enterprise software and professional services provider to Global 5000 companies. Under the terms of the agreement, ASG will resell globally the Sypherlink: Harvester product suite of data analysis tools, which will be marketed as ASG-Rochade™ Relationship Harvester.

The agreement enables ASG to enhance its market-leading, integrated Metadata Management solutions with Sypherlink's patent-pending technology, which automates the discovery and analysis of metadata relationships across the organization. Statistics show that the use of this technology reduces the time and effort of data mapping projects from several months to just a few days.

With ASG-Rochade Relationship Harvester, organizations can gain a significantly more in-depth understanding of their data relationships in a much shorter period of time. The result is higher quality of data, better management of metadata, more complete impact analysis, lower cost of implementation and an overall ROI that is realized much sooner than was previously possible.
