DUBLIN, Ohio, February 14, 2006 -- Sypherlink, Inc., an information integration software provider, and Covansys Corporation (NASDAQ: CVNS), a global consulting and technology services company, today announced they have formed a strategic partnership to offer data warehouse solutions. Sypherlink's suite of automated metadata discovery, mapping and rapid prototyping products added to Covansys' Data Warehousing integration services creates a unique solution which speeds time-to-value, reduces costs and enhances strategic flexibility for data warehouse initiatives.

Covansys has over twenty years of experience providing technology services and solutions to the private and public sector. The integration of Sypherlink's software with Covansys' offerings provides organizations a way to automate the up-front "mapping" work - finding where data exists and how it relates across multiple sources - required for any data warehouse initiative. Sypherlink also brings to the joint solution a re-usable platform for quickly prototyping and implementing changes to the data warehouse. Organizations using the combined solution will benefit from a 50% or more reduction in the time, cost and resources required for data warehouse implementations.
