Eric Zimmer
Director of Client Services

Eric Zimmer is responsible for all aspects of customer care, including project delivery and management, technical support, customer training, and client relationship management.

Mr. Zimmer joined Sypherlink with more than 13 years' technology experience in sales, product management and implementation for clients and partners such as CNA Insurance, Oracle, K Mart, Major League Baseball, and Estee Lauder.

Before joining Sypherlink, Mr. Zimmer served as Director of Implementation for HTP, a leading provider of software to the health care industry. While with HTP, he was responsible for all aspects of product delivery from planning, client relations, and resource allocation to testing and delivery, helping to move HTP from one to more than 40 customers.

Prior to HTP, Mr. Zimmer worked for SubmitOrder, a once fast growing e-commerce company, where he led the organization's project management office. In this position, he supervised the installation and integration of client systems, managed six functional areas, a $40 million budget, and 100 contract workers.

Mr. Zimmer is a member of the Project Management Institute, The Data Warehouse Institute, and The Data Management Association. He has spoken publicly on various project management and implementation topics.
